From Mission Dolores to the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower to Chinatown's dragon gate, replicas of San Francisco's most famous places are set amongst miniature gardens and parks to create a magical setting for this special holiday attraction. Visitors will also enjoy a vintage train station seating area, appearances by costumed conductors and interpretive materials about the development of San Francisco and its railways. Nuestros Ninos

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is both energizing and gentle. Classes are designed to help pregnant women connect with their developing baby, to increase comfort and fluidity in their rapidly changing body, and to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy such as back pain, sciatica, swelling, anxiety and fatigue. Prenatal yoga classes complement birth education courses in assisting women in preparing for and meeting the physical and emotional demands of childbirth and motherhood. Each 90-minute class includes: meditation and visualization, breath practice, discussion and yoga poses. Combined, these elements safely stretch and strengthen the body and mind in preparation for labor and birth. Each class is tailored to meet the unique needs of all participants. The class is open to pregnant women with a doctor's written approval.
