Delivering at CPMC

Hi All,

My wife is planning to deliver our baby next year at CPMC

Anybody knows how much will cost Approx. the normal delivery at this hospital as we are uninsured..

Some friends told me about mercy hospital
what you think??

CPMC

CPMC is a great hospital. I delivered there last year and my baby was 16 weeks premature. I stayed for 2 days and that cost was $42k

Self Pay Cost for Delivery at CPMC

Hi there -

Congratulations!

I'm a self pay patient and the cost for a normal delivery and two nights was $5000. This is just for CPMC: stay, food, pads and pills, etc.

The following are extras for which you will be sent bills in the weeks following delivery:

My newborn hearing test fee is around $170.

My doctor's fee is $2900.

I've yet to receive the anesthesiologist fee in the mail.
