Family looking for Full time Nanny Share in mid-Feb (castro / upper market)

We are looking for either an established nanny share that is looking for an additional family, or a family that may want to collaborate on finding a nanny and establishing a share in the Mission Dolores/Upper Market/Castro area (we're located at 16th and Dolores, but open to anything that's not too far to walk).

Our daughter will be 4 1/2 months old in mid-February, when we need care to start. We'd prefer children of similar age in the share, if possible. We will need care M-F, and hoping for 8am-5pm, but can be somewhat flexible on the hours. We are open to hosting the share at our home, bringing our daughter to another location, or rotating homes.
