ISO Day Care For Infant (for Marin commuter to downtown)

I am expecting my first child in about a week and will be returning to work from maternity leave sometime this summer.  We live in Marin but work Downtown.  

I am looking for recommendations for great, nurturing, low provider-infant ratio, flexible time day care facilities (both organizations and in-home) that accept 5-6mo. old infants either Downtown/Financial District or on the way downtown from Marin (Marina/Cow Hollow, Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, SOMA, etc.).  I would like to get on any waiting lists asap.

Recommendations for other resources are also much appreciated - my google searches have been pretty unsuccessful!!

Our friends who work in Embarcadero Center use the daycare in the Bank of America building.  I'm not sure if they accept infants, but I was really impressed with the atmosphere and attentiveness of staff there. Good luck!
