An SF Momtourage!? Thoughts?

I keep stumbling upon the term momtourage...and thinking about who is in mine! From what I can gather a momtourage is basically your support system. I am new to the city so this doesn't seem like such a bad idea. The term is a little gimmicky but at the same time seems like something worth trying.
I found a great article at MSNBC giving tips on how to get one up and going. Anyone interested in testing this out? Reply to this thread!
