Hi, we are looking for a family interested in part time share care, 3 days /wk, our hours are 6:45am- 6:30pm. We potentially have a nanny. Share our fantastic nanny with us - 40-50 hrs / wk

Hello,
We have an incredibile nanny currently in a share-care arrangement with another family but they are starting daycare September 1. She comes to our house 7:30-5:30 M-F and we are looking for someone to share care with at least 40 hours / wk and preferably closer to 50. The rate is $10/hr per family when shared, and we have worked out $16/hr with the nanny for hours or days when she is only caring for one child. Our daughter will be about 18 months in September, and we would ideally share care with a child who is only taking one nap by that point so that they can maximize time outside.
