Young Energetic Nanny looking for a new family to work for :)
Hello Moms & Dads,
My name is Karen and I'm looking for a nanny position because the current family I work for is moving by the end of the month. I have 8months experience as a nanny and 5years experience babysitting. Right now I take care of a 13month old toddler full time, she was 5 months when I started and I also babysit for another family(lives next door to current family)a few times a month in the evenings and their son is 25months.I love working with infants and toddlers and I would be the first to get down on the ground and start playing!
I currently live in Daly City but I come to work over in the North Beach area. I'm open to work anywhere in San Francisco or Penninsula area. If you would like to get in touch, call me at 415-516-2577 or email me at kcdarling1990@yahoo.com.
I have a wonderful recommendation letter and 3 references upon request*
Thanks and have a great day!
Karen

Experienced, loving nanny with stellar references
My name is Lina and I am a mature, experienced nanny, originally from El Salvador and primarily Spanish-speaking. I have been watching an active, playful little boy since he was 4 months old and he is now almost 3 and headed to preschool.
Here are some comments from my current employer, Jennifer. Please call or email her for more information or to obtain my contact information. Thank you!
_____
Lina is loving and patient. She is calm and peaceful by nature, but not lazy. She is active and resourceful, seeking out local activities (e.g., storytimes, park/rec playtimes, scheduling playdates, etc...) and making sure that all needs, physical and emotional/social are met. Lina has created a little community of friends in our neighborhood for my son and he loves having friends he sees regularly.
How to start a babysitting co-op & do they really work??
So I came upon this article about tips and tricks on how to start a co-op. I often hear a lot about buzz about these but how do they really work? Discuss your experiences and check out this article.
"What A Co-Op Isn't:
* A co-op is not a day care
* A co-op is not full-time child care
* A co-op is not one-sided
P/T Nanny who usually works as a therapist!
Hi!
I'm interested in finding a nanny/babysitting position for 10-30 hours a week with a preference for children age 4 and up (just because I have more experience with slightly older children.)
I'm a graduate student in clinical psychology (almost a doctor as soon as I complete my dissertation!) I'm looking for work in childcare because I have always enjoyed working with children in a variety of settings and want to find employment outside of my field while I work on my dissertation.
