Hello!I'm a little over 25 weeks with a son due June 30. I'm planning to deliver at St. Luke's, and just discovered this site. What a great resource! I live in the Mission, and look foward to meeting other expecting and new moms.
I have a blog at http://www.cassylee.wordpress.com where I write once a week or so about whatever's going on in my life - pregnancy, books I've read, art I've created (I paint murals, and aspire to illustrate children's books), etc.
Check it out! And drop me a line!
Instant Maternity Shirts
This one is for all the beautiful ever-expanding bellies out there!
Although very common in European countries, maternity sashays have just been recently introduced to the United States. Brought to America by Dutch designer, Saskia Charbonneau, the sashay is made to go over your pre-maternity wardrobe, not under it like other belly bands that we've seen.
Whether you want to give an old, tired maternity outfit a fresh look, or you want to wear your pre-maternity clothes longer, the Sashay will come in handy! It also serves as a trendy belly cover-up after pregnancy, while breastfeeding!
Expecting Book List!
Hi All!
I am in my first trimester of my second pregnancy. I wanted to hear from other parents/parents-to-be what books you recommend. So many parents read different books I thought it would be a good idea to share information on what you like/liked best.
